Get in the gym. Should your hips be uneven, address that. If your ankles are a 10, improve it more. All the minor details: execute them.

“Among professionals you’re going to face physical challenges who have experienced contact 200,000 times. Extremely powerful. I look at photos of me before: my legs are chicken legs. So what happens, happens. Current photos and the improvement is clear. The setback taught me. Practice concludes, but additional work remains. Peers are prepared, really ready; the same applies.”
